Терміни обробки

Усі замовлення обробляються протягом:

· 1 робочого дня для замовлень в Україні
· 2 робочих днів для міжнародних замовлень

Замовлення, зроблені у вихідні або святкові дні, будуть оброблені наступного робочого дня.

Ми здійснюємо доставку по Україні та в усьому світі крім Росії, Білорусі та Ірану

• Способи доставки

Ми співпрацюємо з наступними перевізниками для забезпечення доставки ваших замовлень:

· Portugal Post CCT , Laposte.fr
· DHL , Укрпошті
· India Post , Нова пошта 

Перевізник буде обраний залежно від вашого місця призначення для забезпечення оптимальної доставки.

• Терміни доставки

Після відправлення вашого замовлення доставка зазвичай займає від 7 до 10 робочих днів. Зверніть увагу, що ці терміни є орієнтовними і можуть варіюватися залежно від вашого місцезнаходження та умов перевезення.

• Вартість доставки

· Безкоштовна доставка для всіх замовлень на суму від 150 доларів США
· Для замовлень на суму менше 150 доларів США вартість доставки розраховується під час оплати на основі вашої адреси доставки

• Відстеження замовлення

Номер для відстеження буде надіслано вам електронною поштою протягом 48 годин після підтвердження вашого замовлення. Ви зможете відстежувати свою посилку в режимі реального часу на сайті перевізника.

• Проблеми з доставкою

Якщо ваша посилка загубилася, пошкоджена або не прибуває в очікувані терміни, негайно зв'яжіться з нами за адресою [ваша адреса електронної пошти]. Ми зробимо все можливе, щоб швидко вирішити проблему.

• Міжнародні відправлення

Для міжнародних замовлень зверніть увагу, що в залежності від вашої країни можуть застосовуватися митні збори, мита або імпортні податки. Ці витрати покладаються на одержувача і не включені у вартість вашого замовлення.

• Customs Duties and Taxes 

By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees that any customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), goods and services taxes (GST), brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, handling fees, and any other governmental or carrier-imposed charges arising from the importation of the purchased goods into the destination country (collectively, the "Import Charges") shall be the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the product listing, checkout page, shipping method description, or order confirmation, all orders are shipped on a duties-and-taxes-unpaid basis, and Import Charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges paid to the Seller.

Where a product listing, shipping method, or checkout process explicitly states that duties and taxes are included in the purchase price or shipping cost (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid), the applicable Import Charges will be paid by the Seller on behalf of the Buyer to the extent specified in such offer.

The Buyer agrees to timely pay all applicable Import Charges required for customs clearance and delivery of the goods. Failure or refusal to pay such charges may result in delays, storage fees, return of the shipment, abandonment, destruction of the goods, or other actions taken by customs authorities or carriers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, if the Buyer refuses delivery, fails to pay Import Charges, or otherwise causes the shipment to be returned, abandoned, or destroyed, the Seller shall have no obligation to refund any amounts paid for the goods, shipping costs, customs charges, return shipping fees, storage fees, handling fees, or any other costs incurred in connection with the order.

The Seller shall not be liable for any delays, additional costs, penalties, confiscations, or other actions taken by customs authorities or governmental agencies in the destination country.
